Technical training for customers
Komax Solar has a training program tailored to individual needs. The Basic level is intended primarily for operators wishing to master machine operations and become familiar with the software and the relevant safety instructions. The subsequent Advanced level gives setup and maintenance personnel a deeper understanding of hardware and covers the necessary mechanical settings for the machine. The Specialist level provides supervisors or service technicians with an in-depth understanding of the entire machine, giving top priority to the electronic system, the software and trouble-shooting. Training is conducted by duly trained and certified Komax instructors.

Production support
In production coaching, the Komax Solar Service Team conveys its expertise and experience to the customer with great efficiency during actual production over a specified period of time. In the early days of a new system, this procedure is a strongly recommended way of obtaining a high level of production output and expertise quickly.
Support approach
Komax Solar provides phone support during regular business hours. A hotline agreement regulates the efficient handling of customer requests and machine problems outside regular business hours. With remote access, problems can also be resolved efficiently and competently from a distance.
Komax offers two different levels of hotline services to match your specific needs.
Office Level: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Contract Level: 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
We respond quickly to on-site service calls to ensure a high level of technical availability for customer machines. Our service technicians assist you with rebuilds and repairs and perform preventive maintenance to minimize incidents.
Komax Maintenance Program
Komax Solar offers a comprehensive Maintenance Program which can be adapted to suit each customer’s individual requirements. This is an excellent way of minimizing downtime and increasing productivity throughout the year. Our technicians have the experience and know-how to keep your equipment performing at its best.
